We had always heard horror stories about building your own house, but when we told the bank that David was our contractor, they were pleased. They said that he was always on top of his paperwork and every Larson Home Builders client they had financed had enjoyed the process. We felt that David was our partner throughout the entire project. He worked with us to keep costs down and provided super respectful input on necessary decisions. We often benefited from his suggestions. From start to finish, the entire crew was professional, had an eye for detail, and did a quality job. When we tried to save money by putting in a veneer door, David told us he would absorb the extra cost of a solid wood door for that spot. The house is everything we ever wanted, is built beautifully and was an enjoyable process. David even finished the house in only 7 months, 2 months ahead of schedule. We are so glad we chose Larson Home Builders to build our dream house. We have recommended them to everyone we know who is looking to build in our area.
