Larson Home Builders will help you acquire a construction loan and then design a home that meets your wants, your needs, and your budget.
There’s nothing more disappointing than designing your dream home and finding out later you can’t afford to build it. Working with Larson Home Builders from the beginning will eliminate this problem and ensure your design can be built within your budget.
This step can be frustrating, but it is also exciting to imagine what your completed home will look like. This process takes about 3-6 months.
Home construction
Larson Home Builders performs most of the trade work on your home without using subcontractors. From the excavation to the final touch-up paint, you will see the same crew with David supervising and working on-site throughout the entire build. This ensures consistent, quality, and timely performance.
This is our favorite part of the project. You’ll love seeing all of your decisions and dreams come to life. New homes take from 6-12 months to build.
