Design and financing

Larson Home Builders will help you acquire a construction loan and then design a home that meets your wants, your needs, and your budget.

There’s nothing more frustrating than designing your dream home and finding out later you can’t afford to build it. Working with Larson Home Builders from the beginning will eliminate this problem and ensure your design can be built within your budget.

This step can be frustrating, but it is also exciting to imagine what your completed home will look like. This process takes about 3-6 months.

Home construction

Larson Home Builders performs most of the trade work on your home without using subcontractors.  From the excavation to the final touch-up paint, you will see the same crew and be assured that David Larson is supervising and working throughout the entire build. This ensures consistent, quality, and timely performance.

This is typically a very exciting time of the project as you see all of your decisions and dreams come to life. New homes take from 6-12 months to build.

Enjoy your dream home

All of your hard work and perseverance finally come together as your home is completed. You can enjoy it, comfortable with the knowledge that you made a sound investment in a quality home that will last for generations and appreciate in value.

This is the most exciting time as you get to invite people over and talk about your new home and the experience you had building.

Welcome! You can relax and enjoy your new home for as many years as you choose to live there.

What does it cost per square foot?

This is the question most often asked by our customers. Since price per square foot varies on so many factors: location, design and finishes, we’ve created this table to help you figure out roughly what your dream home will cost.
